7 Steps To Network Marketing Success

Whether you are a proud new participant of an MLM Company or Network Marketing Company or Word-Of-Mouth Marketing, or whatever else you wish to call it… or even if you’re a seasoned professional, you need and want success with your own home-based business opportunity!

Here are 7 Steps to Network Marketing Success

#1: You must do at least a few hours of work each and every day. Treat your opportunity as though it were a real business, because it is a real business, and many people have become millionaires through MLM or Network Marketing, and YOU can too! Also be proud of your business and never be shy when telling other people about it.

#2: Always carry some catalogs, samples, other literature about the business, and maybe even some actual products with you everywhere you go. Always be ready to loan a catalog to someone, and don’t just give them one and forget about it, because all of the materials and supplies cost you money. Say something like this; “Hey Jim, I just got involved in this really awesome company as an independent representative, and I really want to make a “go” of it. Please take this catalog home and look it over for a day or two, and if there’s anything at all that you can you, please give me an order in a couple of days. It will really help me out. I will also need the catalog back so that I can loan it to another friend. Thanks Buddy!”

The samples you give out should only be given to people who you feel might actually buy something from you if they like the products. After all, YOU pay for those samples and you do not want to just give them away haphazardly.

#3: You will probably have a website, more specifically, you will have your own URL that leads to that company’s website, and when anyone visits that website through your URL, YOU get the credit for the sales made. So, you will have to promote that URL and spread the word. You might do this with emails to everyone you know, as well as through your social media accounts. You will probably need to hire someone to write some good materials for you, and that’s where a freelance writer, ghost writer, or writer-for-hire comes in, and that’s MY specialty. I have helped many small business people promote their websites and their MLM businesses. I can also help you, if you wish.

#4: Never get discouraged, never give up, and never quit! Too many people get involved in a direct sales opportunity, and rather than treat it like a full time job, they only dabble in it for a few weeks, a few days, or maybe even a few hours, then they simply quit. It’s sad that people give up so easily, because if they would just work and persevere, they could probably make some decent money with their chosen opportunity. Remember the old saying, “Winners never quit, and quitters never win!”

#5: Be ready to make a sale at any time, any where that you might be. Previously I mentioned carrying some catalogs and even full sized products with you. When you get talking to someone you know, allow them to look at a catalog, and if they want to place an order, get their order right then and there. Also do not be afraid to collect the money on the spot. After all, when people order something online or through the mail, they are accustomed to paying for it when they order. You can explain to your friend that you need the money so that you can order the items since you’re just starting out. A smart move would be to use the profits on those sales to order more supplies, catalogs, samples, and so forth. That’s a great way to grow your business.

#6: Ignore the negative, complaining, and even toxic people in your life who will try to tell you that “it won’t work,” or that you’re wasting your time. YOU can do anything that you make up your mind to do, and who the heck are they to tell you that you cannot do it? Maybe they can’t do it, but YOU can do it, especially if you really want to do it! YOU are in control of your own future, your own destiny! Never let anyone stomp on your dreams and goals.

#7: In addition to selling products, you will also need to recruit some others who will become representatives in your organization. Never be shy about telling people about the wonderful opportunity that your company has to offer, because you are doing them a huge favor. Most people need and want more money, and many people who you meet might be looking for a way to earn extra income.

One of the wonderful things about MLM or Network Marketing is that it can start out as a part-time extra income, but then it can grow into something huge! In closing, remember this; “The person who says it cannot be done, should not interrupt the person who is doing it!”
